I founded ConnectedOps Advisory to bring practical, senior-level expertise to organisations navigating the growing complexity of industrial connectivity, IoT and digital infrastructure transformation.

With over 30 years of experience in enterprise IT, telecoms, satellite communications, industrial IoT and service operations, I've spent my career in environments where technology has to work — in the field, at scale, without margin for failure. My work at Shell and Inmarsat, alongside sustained leadership across enterprise and telecoms environments, gives me a level of operational depth that goes well beyond strategy decks.

Today I work with senior technology leaders, infrastructure organisations, energy companies and telecoms providers who need clear, credible, independent advice — on connectivity architecture, IoT platform strategy, satellite technology, supplier governance, service transformation or complex procurement processes.
